What is the story behind The Beautiful Movement?
The Beautiful Movement originally started in 2014 as a girls ministry for teenage girls. The founder, Megan Whatley, and her team hosted monthly events in the community to encourage and empower girls, moving them from insecurity to security in Christ. The Lord gave Megan a vision for a faith based subscription box business at the end of 2020!
The box ships quarterly and the box months are: February, May, August, November. Each box features a different theme and includes 4-6 items to match the theme, PLUS a letter from Megan called, "A Moment With Megan." Megan is a Counselor and Certified Life Coach. The letter digs deeper into the box theme. 

Each box will include something that is:
1. Faith based
2. Fashionable
3. Fun
* Plus a "Moment With Megan" letter
What makes this a Christian subscription?
Every box will include at least one faith-based gift and faith-based teaching ("A Moment With Megan")
Who is the box for?
This box is created for girls in 5th-12th grade to help them grow closer to God and remind them of their God-given beauty. 
When will my package arrive?
Boxes will be shipped between the 3rd and 7th day of every box month. Please allow 4-10 business days after that for your box to arrive.

Payment Information

How much does a subscription box cost?
You will be charged $45.00  (plus shipping) on the box months, that can be cancelled at any time. If you are local to the Ringgold Georgia area, you can use the discount code "PICKUP" at the last step of checkout to eliminate shipping and pick the box up at The Shabby Chic Boutique. 
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged upon checkout for your first box. Your next boxes will be charged on the first day of the box* month. These boxes ship every other month. Example: If you sign up on August 6th, you will be charged, but will not be charged again until November 1st. 
Will I be charged tax?
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of this business, we are unable to offer refunds. Please make sure to cancel your auto renew payment before your next billing cycle if you wish to discontinue receiving boxes.
What is there is a problem with my account?
